In the midst of the pandemic, I began a new journey at Lifesize – a B2B video conferencing company in the midst of a pivot and shift into the SaaS space.
At the forefront of the issues I needed to handle was a website migration and re-platforming — Lifesize had been on an antiquated version of Sitecore clouded with technological debt. Lifesize also needed a rebrand to energize the company and position it more firmly in the enterprise unified communications space.

Cinnamon Shore embarked on a digital transformation starting with a refresh of the iconic umbrella logo and a new, but familiar, look, feel and voice for the brand. The companies’ redesigned logos, website, and branded collateral served as cornerstone elements that unified what had become a fragmented brand experience for its customers.
As Cinnamon Shore enters a landmark expansion, the work developed for the vacation rental and real estate business continues to serve its customers and marketing efforts today.

With new full-time hires on the horizon and an important fundraising round in the wings, I worked directly with the owner to develop pitch decks and a comprehensive year-long marketing plan.
Over the next year, we developed a new website for Olive+M, and realized a 10x increase in total sales for the month of November compared to the previous year. By December 2018, the brand had already realized more online revenue in the past three months than the previous year combined.
Launching a new app for doctors and members of the California Hospital Association

The California Hospital Association (CHA) produces, and publishes guidebooks for hospital healthcare guidelines in the state of California. Their manuals serve as resources for hospitals on new policies and laws in the state of California.
To broaden the accessibility of these manuals, and to offer a premium member benefit, I led the digitization of the manuals through a developed script, and guided the app design and development in the Twixl platform.
Launching a print magazine redesign and community website for TRIBEZA

During the magazine’s 15th year anniversary, I served as Director of Strategy and led brand-wide improvements that increased TRIBEZA’s month-to-month revenue, while leading the design team’s new Art Director and Senior Designer. Digital marketing initiatives including a website redesign and newsletter expanded the publication’s outreach online and at its signature events.
I also worked directly with the Publisher and Director of Sales to create a new sponsored content program that aligned with the magazine’s monthly editorial calendar, and led updates to TRIBEZA’s media kit and advertising models.

Having worked as a freelance writer and photographer for Apartment Therapy and The Kitchn the prior year, I not only discovered my love for photography, but my love for storytelling. Berkeley Health celebrated its 75th anniversary with a special issue distributed to Alumni and Friends. The print magazine celebrated the School of Public Health’s past and future, and was delivered in mailboxes in time for the holiday giving season with a donor insert envelope.

SMU debuted its new professional and online curriculum this year with a Cybersecurity Master program. Working with Ascend Marketing, I led technical discovery efforts to identify compatible platforms and integration maps for the University’s marketing technology stack.
Customer journey mapping, and lead generation tactics and strategies were also deployed and managed as the project neared its enrollment goal for the program’s first cohort.
